We don’t charge by the hour. We charge a flat project fee.

The project fee is based on the time we take to complete a certain type of project. We have worked on hundreds of projects and know what it takes to complete a high-quality project on time. Please contact us for a project rate sheet if you are interested in working with us.

Fee Agreement

[DUV]DESIGN will provide you with a “Design Agreement” stipulating the final design fee. The Design Agreement covers the design fee only. It does not include printing cost, the production of any additional artwork, additional photos, or additional graphics not described in Section 1 of the Design Agreement. Additional work not covered in the Design Agreement will be charged at a rate of $65/hour.

Invoices are payable upon receipt. Late fees apply.

[DUV]DESIGN will charge interest at the rate of 10% per month on amounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date. Any balance not paid within 90 days of the invoice date shall be forwarded to a collection agency. Any collection fee incurred by [DUV]DESIGN will be charged to the client in addition to the principal balance and incurred interest

Our clients are responsible for performing the following in a reasonable and timely manner:

• Coordination of any decision-making with parties other than [DUV]DESIGN;
• Provision of client content to [DUV]DESIGN in a form suitable for reproduction or incorporation into the deliverables without further preparation, unless otherwise specified in the proposal; and
• Final proofreading. In the event the client has approved deliverables but errors such as typographic errors or misspellings remain in the finished product, the client shall incur the cost of correcting such errors.
